Delivery - What's the carrier information


After the confirmation message is sent, a new message will be sent with the carrier company name and the tracking number.

If you don't find the message check your spam folder in the email address used by the time the order was placed. And if after that you are still not able to see it please send a message to with your name and order number or the confirmation number, plus add the delivery information used for us to check and quickly reply to you.
